Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation in the kitchen
- Provide assistance in kitchen operations, such as opening and closing the restaurant, cleaning and clearing work areas, stocking supplies
- Establish, maintain, and beautify a clean, orderly, and sanitary work area and kitchen
- Assist in preparing food; transport, set, and serve meals on tray service
- Wash dishes, utensils, and pots; clean kitchen and equipment as needed
- Clean work areas
- Clean floors, walls, and ceilings
- Wash floors
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards, compliance, and cleanliness
